Cancellation and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

To cancel, email us at support@cuddleme.co.in or call our customer care team with your order ID.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

After Dispatch: Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may return the product as per our return policy.
Return and Refund Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, email support@cuddleme.co.in with details and photos of the product.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalised or custom-made toys are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
